About the Founder
My name is Inna, the founder of Inner Voice Private Circle of Introductions.
I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work, and working with people has always been more than a profession for me — it is a mission. I believe that when we bring the right individuals into the same space, meaningful things begin to happen, naturally and without force.
My professional journey is diverse. I have worked in the fashion industry, where I developed a strong sense of aesthetics, standards, and presence. I curate and host events: book presentations, intellectual gatherings, and tea ceremonies — spaces where people meet through shared values, culture, and depth of conversation rather than coincidence.
I am also certified in sexology, which gives me a deep understanding of human dynamics, attraction, and emotional intelligence. At the same time, I am a spiritual person who trusts intuition and energy as much as structure and expertise.
What I do is not “create relationships”, that is always a personal responsibility. What I create is the environment. I carefully curate the Circle, selecting individuals who are self-aware, respectful, and aligned in values. I protect the atmosphere, the quality, and the level of the space.
For me, this work is about bringing thoughtful, accomplished people into one intentional circle, and allowing connection, collaboration, or partnership to unfold on its own terms.
